<p style="text-align: justify;">Healthy Fats are needed by your body for many of its functions and your body thrives on a supply of saturated, monounsaturated, and polyunsaturated fats.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">One of the biggest problems facing Americans in this modern day is a deficiency of Omega 3 fatty acids. This severe deficiency has been created by the consumption of way too many Omega-6 fatty acids.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Too Much Omega-6 Causes Health Problems such as asthma, heart disease, cancer, weight gain, learning disorders, blood clots, liver damage, hyperactivity, sterility, and violent behavior. Omega-6 and Omega-3 fatty acids must be kept preferably to a ratio of 1 to 1, instead of the &#8220;Now Norm&#8221; of 20 to 1 or even 50 to 1. Now this is a serious issue and can be resolved by increasing your Omega-3&#8217;s and decreasing your Omega-6&#8217;s.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">There are a number of different that can cause to fail in their lives one of them being that the procrastinate far too much.  Unfortunately procrastination can be so severe for some people that it prevents them from achieving what they want by placing obstacles of their own making in their way.  It is through procrastination a person will choose a particular path to travel in their results which will not allow them to achieve their desired goals.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Unfortunately although you may not realize it, but you could actually be a procrastinator yourself.  In this article we provide you with some pointers which will help you to identify and hopefully understand what procrastination is and whether you actually are one yourself.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span id="more-634"></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">1. For the 20% of people who have identified themselves as being chronic procrastinators will know that it is a particular lifestyle and is going to intrude into all aspects of their life.  For these particular people leading what would be considered a normal kind of life is very difficult.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">2.  For many procrastinators actually managing what time they have available to them in order to complete a certain task is not a problem.  Rather they will find it more difficult to sit down and work how just how much time it is they need in order to complete the task in hand.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">3.  A person who procrastinates is not born with this affliction, but rather they make it of their own volition.  Although they may not know it they will learn it through the life they lead as they grow up from the people surrounding them.  Often a child who comes from a family with controlling parents will often be a procrastinator more than those that don&#8217;t.  These type of children will find it difficult to regulate themselves and find it difficult to act on any ideas or thoughts they may have to help themselves.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">4.  For some procrastinators they will rely far more on other substances to help them avoid the effects that their procrastination is having on their lives.  For quite a few they will turn to alcohol or other substances which can help to numb or block out the effects and causes of their procrastination.  They may especially rely on these things at those times in their lives when they think things are really bad even when they are not.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">5.  Many people who procrastinate will look for those distractions which avoid them from committing to those things that are important. So often they will try and go for the tasks that they find easy to do and know which they can complete without feeling guilty.  They avoid the much harder tasks simply because they feel that they do not have abilities or skill required in order to complete them properly.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Yet for those who have identified that they do procrastinate there are certain things that they can do which can help them to make changes and fight procrastinating.  Although it is important that when looking for ways to prevent yourself from procrastinating that the changes you make will take time to help you.  A person can undergo cognitive behavioral with a trained therapist as a way of making the necessary changes in their lives as well as to understand better why the procrastinate.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">It only takes 30 minutes at 145 Degrees to destroy the digestive enzymes in milk. Pasteurization makes your body work harder to digest dead milk. Your pancreas has to work overtime to get the job of digestion completed.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Homogenization is a process that creates frankenstein fats that will scar your blood vessels and create blockages in your arteries.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">An even bigger offender is Ultra-pasteurization which heats milk up to 280 degrees F. Not only is the milk made totally indigestible, but MSG is created from this process.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Organic Raw Milk Offers You More</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Great source of important minerals such as calcium, vitamin B12, essential fatty acids, and good bacteria. The nutrients are much more easily absorbed because of the enzymes still present in this milk. Enzymes such as lactoferrin are responsible for protecting you and milk from pathogens.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Another Choice is Raw Goat Milk</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">For people with lactose intolerance, raw goat milk makes a great replacement. The protein found in goat&#8217;s milk seems to create less allergy problems and does not stimulate as much reactions as cow&#8217;s milk.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Unlike cow&#8217;s milk, goat&#8217;s milk does not contain agglutinin and therefore, the fat globules in goat&#8217;s milk do not cluster together &#8211; making them easier to digest. The fat molecules are smaller than cow&#8217;s milk and doesn&#8217;t separate &#8211; it&#8217;s naturally homogenized.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Goat&#8217;s milk has a higher proportion of short-chained and medium-chained fatty acids and therefore makes it easier for the intestinal enzymes to digest.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Your body absorbs the various nutrients found in raw goat&#8217;s milk with ease. Goat&#8217;s milk contains vitamins, minerals, enzymes, protein, trace elements, and electrolytes.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">This milk is considered an alkaline food since it contains an alkaline ash which does not produce an acid condition in your body.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">I still prefer cow&#8217;s milk over any other type of milk, but would love to have any kind of quality raw milk available for a reasonable price and to be able to buy it at a convenient location.</p>
